  Celeste Bailey is a Communications Operator at the Provincial Communication Centre for the OPP, in London.  She had the pleasure of dispatching Dave Mounsey on many occassions, and credits him still to this date as "the officer with the beautiful British accent".

Celeste has served as the President of the Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund for the past two years.  She was instrumental in the creation of the DMMF, and organizer of such events including the "Ride Your Heart Out" Motorcycle Ride, and "Dancing with the Stars of the OPP".

  Patrick Armstrong is a Provincial Constable in the OPP, serving at the Huron County Detachment.

  Patrick  was a close friend and co-worker with Dave Mounsey, and created the Fund in an effort to carry on Dave's work in promoting service to the Province and the donating of life-saving Defibrillators.

  The DMMF is excited to be hosting its 2nd Dancing with the Stars of the OPP and invites everyone to come out for a night of dance, donation and fun!
